The short version: Your clinical work stays on your device. Vetrics has no accounts, and nothing you enter about a patient ever leaves your phone. The app's network use is limited to managing purchases and subscriptions, redeeming promotional codes, and checking for app-content updates — and, if you choose to subscribe on our website, your email address for product updates.
Vetrics does not require registration and has no login.
Calculations, saved records, CPR code session reports, and tracker entries are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to us or anyone else. PDFs you export or results you copy are shared only where you choose to send them. Deleting the app deletes the data still stored inside the app; it cannot delete PDFs or other copies you previously exported, saved, or shared.
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms and privacy policies — we never see your payment details. To manage subscription access, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, which processes an anonymous app identifier, purchase/subscription status, and basic device information.
Redeeming a promotional code sends the code and an anonymous device identifier (the RevenueCat app identifier) to our redemption service, which stores the identifier, the normalized code, redemption and expiration timestamps, and rate-limit attempt records. Infrastructure providers may also process ordinary request metadata such as IP address.
The app may automatically check for and download published app-content updates (Expo/EAS Updates).
Vetrics does not include advertising SDKs or general-purpose behavioral analytics SDKs. RevenueCat processes anonymous identifiers and subscription and purchase events to manage access and subscriptions.
Clinical tools and saved records work offline after installation and access validation; network connectivity is used for the purchase, redemption, and update functions above and links you choose to open.
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect or use visitors' personal data; we see aggregate page metrics only.
If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address — nothing else — to send occasional product updates (release notes, new calculators, early access). Sign-up uses confirmed (double) opt-in. Our email service provider is MailerLite, which processes your address on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops marketing emails, and we may retain an unsubscribed/suppression record to honor your opt-out or meet legal requirements. To have your information deleted entirely, email us and we will remove it. We do not sell subscriber information or share it for advertising; we disclose it only to service providers needed to operate the email program.
Vetrics does not use advertising or analytics cookies or intentionally store a visitor identifier. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when required (for example, bot protection). MailerLite is contacted only after you submit the sign-up form.
